7-day money-back guarantee

Paid subscriptions are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the service does not work for you within 7 days of purchase, contact us and we will help troubleshoot or issue a refund in line with this policy.

Free trial first

We also offer a free 24-hour trial with no conditions, so you can test streaming quality and device compatibility before you pay.

How to request a refund

  • Contact us by email at contact@frenchiptv.fr or on WhatsApp within the guarantee period.
  • Include the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue.
  • We will respond promptly and process eligible refunds to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the guarantee period, or where there is evidence of misuse, may not be eligible. This policy is governed by the laws of France and should be read with our Terms & Conditions.
